The BSF Store will consider exchanges for products if the request is within 15 days of confirmed delivery, under any circumstance. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package(s) as well as the contents upon receipt Please reach out to the BSF Store Customer Service representatives via email at bsfstore@gulfbusinessprinting.com for details on how to exchange items in your order. Apparel items are only available for exchange if they are returned unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to the BSF Store prior to sending a different product for exchange.
