The BSF Store will consider each refund claim if the dispute or request is within 15 days of confirmed delivery, under any circumstance. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package(s) as well as the contents upon receipt. Please reach out to the BSF Store Customer Service representatives via email at bsfstore@gulfbusinessprinting.com for details on how to request a refund on your products. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to the BSF Store prior to issuance of a refund. Only the cost of the products will be refunded, not the shipping.
